This policy applies to purchases made on MontgomeryEquipment.com, a website operated by Park Mfg Inc, manufacturer of Montgomery Automated Sawmill Equipment and related parts.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in resellable condition
- Must include original packaging and documentation
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required
Note: Custom-built, made-to-order, or modified equipment is non-returnable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or denial.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or in error
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
