This policy applies to purchases made on MontgomeryEquipment.com, a website operated by Park Mfg Inc, manufacturer of Montgomery Automated Sawmill Equipment and related parts.


Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in resellable condition
  • Must include original packaging and documentation
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required

Note: Custom-built, made-to-order, or modified equipment is non-returnable.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or denial.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or in error

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless:

  • We sent the wrong item
  • The product arrived damaged
