Processing Time

Most in-stock items ship within 24 hours.
Orders placed before 2 PM EST often ship the same day.
Custom or made-to-order equipment may require additional time — we’ll notify you during the ordering process.


Shipping Methods

We use national carriers like UPS, FedEx, and trusted freight providers based on item size and weight.

  • Small parts typically ship via parcel services
  • Larger items like sawmill machinery or assemblies ship via freight (with liftgate or dock service as needed)

Shipping Costs

Shipping Damage

Please inspect all deliveries immediately upon arrival.

  • If an item is damaged, note it with the carrier and contact us right away
  • Keep all packaging and take photos of the damage

We’ll work with the carrier to resolve claims and get you a replacement or refund as appropriate.
